The General Medical Project was held from 17th to 27th January 2014 at Yonibana Sai Hospital, Sierra Leone, West Africa.
The concentration during the January Project are the eyes. Our thanks to the Ophthalmic Surgeons and Optometrists for treating in excess of 1,100 patients. Of course our eye team was supported by GP’s, Nurses, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Engineer, Pharmacists and non-medical volunteers. Cataract surgeries were performed for many patients who were identified at the last visit.
