Our hospital in Sierra Leone is running extremely low on medication which is essential to treat those who cannot afford it.

What’s the need?

Our founder, Devi Patel will be flying out to Yonibana, Sierra Leone on 10 November 2022 to purchase medications in person.

The medicines will be used at our Yonibana Sai Hospital, where so far over 90,000 patients have been treated completely free of charge. We are aiming to reach the target of £3,800 by 5 December 2022 which will cover the costs of our monthly medicine bills.

Why is my donation critical?

  • Nearly 50% of the population live on just 90p a day
  • Life expectancy is 39 years due to sanitisation, pregnancy deaths and malnutrition
  • Communities have no other access to medical care or transport
